Elon Musk's former singer-girlfriend Grimes has expressed doubt about Meta creator and CEO Mark Zuckerberg's capacity to realise his $10 billion Metaverse plan, calling him "wildly under qualified."

The Canadian singer, whose real name is Claire Boucher, criticised Zuckerberg on Twitter, writing that "everything is dead" if Zuckerberg controls the metaverse.

"Those who value art and culture are constructing something else. Additionally, Zuckerberg just received harsh criticism for the awful design of his metaverse avatar, so she added, "This is bad art.

Zuckerberg published a screenshot of his virtual self last week, showing him in front of the Eiffel Tower.

His fairly unremarkable appearance, however, did not sit well with the social media world, which deluged him with memes.

"I am aware that the picture I posted earlier this week was quite simple; it was snapped in a hurry to mark a launch. Even on headsets, Horizon's graphics are far more capable, and it's becoming better and better all the time "He had spoken.
